SHIPPING

Please note, that most bags are made to order so allow 1-2 weeks before your item is ready to be shipped.

U.S ORDERS: All orders to the U.S are shipped USPS Priority Mail. It usually takes 2-3 business days. If you would like to upgrade or would like insurance and tracking for your package please contact me. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail. It usually takes 10- 14 business days. There is no tracking code provided with this rate. If you would like to upgrade to the International Priority Rate which includes tracking, faster arrival time or would like insurance for your package please contact me. 

Items lost in the mail, unclaimed, or undeliverable are not refundable.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your item if you would like to return it. Because we are such a small company and every item is made by hand we can only offer store credit or exchanges.  

Item must be unused and sent back within 5 days after you have received a conformation email regarding your return.
